Take Your Child to the Library Day at Westbrook Public Library
February 4
Saturday, February 4th is Take Your Child to the Library Day! Celebrate with the Westbrook Public Library! Read below to see some of the special activities planned. Also, we will have a special craft and scavenger hunt for children.
Animal Detective: The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center will be here at 1 pm on Saturday, February 4th, to help us learn how to read clues animals leave behind. They will bring a couple of special ambassadors to the program, and children can create their own animal track. Registration required.
Books & Barks with Izzie (Children’s Program): Spend 15 minutes reading with Izzie, a young dog hoping to train with Guiding Eyes for the Blind on Saturday, February 4th between 2:15 pm – 3:15 pm. Registration is required. Please stop by the Circulation Desk or call the Library for more information and to register.
