We know we all do! We are so excited to be bringing to you our very first Shoreline Moms: LOVE YOUR LOCAL Discount Days! We love the CT Shoreline and know you do too. We love our quaint downtowns, our beautiful shops, our delicious cuisine, but mostly… we love the PEOPLE! Our local business owners are our friends, our neighbors, people from our places of worship, clubs, or kids’ schools. These are our people, and this is our community. We want to support, love, and spread the word about these fabulous businesses! A little about Kim…
Kim Preveza is a mother of two girls (a tween a teen), a Yoga and Pilates instructor, and the owner of Life Full Yoga and Pilates.
She began her certifications in 1998 and has a Masters of Divinity from Harvard in 1996. Her unique style combines the elements of the body, mind, and spirit. She brings over 20 years of teaching experience, a life time of practice. She has practiced for over 35 years — she had scoliosis as a child and had to do physical therapy everyday for over 8 years. During her childhood, her parents introduced her to yoga, tai chi, and meditation.
She has a down to earth style that incorporates the body, mind, and spirit. Kim is inspired by the teachings of the Viniyoga style, and her past teachers who taught Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Kripalu style yoga. Kim is also inspired by yoga philosophy and the ancient sacred texts of yoga.
The studio is supported by a wonderful team of teachers with great qualifications and ability to also tailor classes and privates to the needs of the students.
In addition to teaching and supporting the studio community, Kim works with her daughters to bring yoga to children with cancer through their non-profit Childhood Cancer Kids.
