3 Sheet Pan Recipes for Weeknights! | Shoreline Moms
Sheet pan dinners are one of the easiest ways to get dinner on the table, fast…. especially on weeknights! Plus, if you line your baking pans with foil or parchment paper, there’s virtually no clean-up!

We love the collection of 3 Sheet Pan Dinners Maegan Brown of The BakerMama shared with our parent site, The Local Moms Network.

Sheet Pan Pizzas

This one will be a regular on your family’s weekly rotation. “It’s super customizable,” says Maegan. She says: “Use any toppings your family would enjoy most or divide it up and do each quarter of the sheet pan with different toppings.” With lots of family in and out of your house over the holidays, Sheet Pan Pizza can easily accommodate different dietary restrictions and preferences.

Sheet Pan Shrimp Pad Thai

This is another recipe that can be easily customized (swap the shrimp for chicken or tofu). The recipe calls for uncooked noodles to pair with broth right on the pan—no messy wok required! It may be the recipe that changes how you think of sheet pan dinner. “The shrimp come out moist and plump. The vegetables are tender crisp and the sauce is rich and flavorful,” notes Maegan.

Sheet Pan Chicken Fried Rice

Maegan says this one is a favorite of her children. “Our kids love the way the rice crisps up a bit as it bakes and they love how it’s simply seasoned,” says Maegan.  You can omit anything your kids won’t including (for instance, the veggies can be served on the side…or not at all).

Maegan’s newest book, Brilliant Bites, features 75 small bites for any event you host.
